It's never ending story with artist sampling original beats from previous hits. Should we consider it as a compliment or disgrace. This topic always comes up when conversing with those in the industry, many new artist and what consumers/listeners believe is to be a "new" original beat is now days, bitten off or sampled. There are some songs re-made or re-mixed that are genius by new artist, however there are songs that we feel should be kept as classics and un-touched like MC Hammer (get it ha-ha). Here is an example, I know everyone knows who DJ Pauly D from MTV's Jersey Shore, the original beat to his song "Beat dat beat (It's time to)" is by Crystal Waters "100% Pure Love" released in 1994 by UMG Recordings.
